Sand Beach, ME

Acadia National Park, Maine

Following our hike on the Bee Hive Loop we decided to spend the rest of the day relaxing at the singular sanded shoreline Acadia had to offer and man was it beautiful!

Spreading almost 300 yards wide, Sand Beach is surely one of the most visited spots in Acadia Nation Park.

We decided to get in touch with our artistic selves and created some fun art out of the coarse shell filled sand. Before we knew it, we looked around to find other beach goers had begun to do the same! It was really nice to see everyone enjoying and expressing themselves creatively.

Sand beach is a great place to relax and converse with other travelers due to its massive attraction.

We took lots of pictures as we explored and watched the rest of our day pass by.
